SACHI/FUKU
2017
SACHI is a lighting fixture shaped like a bird’s foot. It was crafted with a wish for happiness to come, inspired by the thought of SACHI (happiness) flying over like a bird and staying there. FUKU connects lighting fixtures shaped like the feet of small animals. It was designed as a wish for good fortune to come and stay, with the image of FUKU(good fortune) visiting like a small animal and sitting nearby. There are seven designs in total, including the collaborative work with Baccarat seen in the photo. (Made in a limited edition of 30 each.)
