HORIKI ERIKO

This hotel was the venue for the 42nd G7 Summit (Ise-Shima Summit), and its original Togo Murano architecture was refurbished for the occasion. Watermarking, one of the traditional washi-making techniques, was applied for the facade of the 2nd floor shop. To preserve the texture of the washi, it was laminated with non-reflective glass.
